Scope at this price
- This is the scope fixed in the signed statement of work, priced from $12,000 above, not a hard cap on what we can automate. More departments or workflows get scoped and quoted the same way
- The statement of work fixes departments, workflows, integrations, training, data access, and delivery phases
- Managed service does not include a new workflow, department, integration, or data source
Payment: The $1,500 paid systems assessment is credited in full when implementation is signed within 30 calendar days after assessment delivery. It is a standalone deliverable and not refunded otherwise. Transform starts at $12,000 in total, not $12,000 plus the assessment. Implementation phases are paid before each phase begins. Managed service is billed monthly in advance.
Initial term: 6 months, then month to month with 30 days' written notice.
Separate costs: Hosting, messaging, data tools, software, model usage, and applicable taxes are separate.
