Large consulting firms often end with a report. Every Iyara Labs project ends with a live system: a first working version in week one, live in about three weeks.
There are no account managers. The person you email is the person writing the code. If you only need a strategy report, we are not the right fit.
We often work with owner-run firms of 5 to 50 people who want a live build rather than a test version that never launches. A small first build can be a landing page, a rule-based chatbot, or a simple dashboard.
You do. After invoices are paid you own the client-specific code, data, accounts, and delivered assets, so the work goes with you if you leave. Third-party and open-source components stay under their own licenses, and pre-existing Iyara tools and templates stay Iyara property with the continuing rights you need to run any embedded parts.
