Build the platform.
Then keep improving it.

Every package has two parts: a one-time setup that puts the right infrastructure in place, and a managed service that measures, updates, and improves it after launch. Prices below are in USD.

Pick the platform you need now.

Setup creates the platform.
Managed service makes it useful.

01

Setup

The setup fee creates the platform. We establish the baseline, structure the information, build the website or chatbot, connect measurement, test the agreed scope, and launch it in client-controlled accounts.

02

Managed service

Managed service improves the platform after launch. We recheck what answer engines say, update weak information, review customer questions, monitor the system, correct problems, and measure what changed.

AI visibility is not a one-time installation. Answer engines, customer questions, competitors, and business facts keep changing. The foundation can be built once. Improvement requires observation and iteration.

Custom engagement

Transform

A company that needs Autopilot plus internal automations, team adoption, governance, and organization-wide implementation.

SetupFrom $9,500USD setup
Managed serviceFrom $1,100 / monthUSD managed service

Start with a $1,500 systems assessment. It is credited in full when implementation is signed within 30 calendar days after assessment delivery. Transform has a 6-month initial term for managed service.

Typical implementation

  • Complete Autopilot base setup
  • Paid systems assessment and prioritized roadmap
  • Up to two initial workflows and agreed system connections
  • Team training, operating guidance, and human approval rules
  • Measurement for the agreed workflows
Transform scope and limitsFrom $9,500 + from $1,100/month

Managed each month

  • Every Autopilot managed-service allowance
  • Monitoring for the two included workflows
  • One adjustment to an existing included workflow each month
  • Monthly workflow runs, exceptions, and next-priority record

Scope boundaries

  • The statement of work fixes departments, workflows, integrations, training, data access, and delivery phases
  • Managed service does not include a new workflow, department, integration, or data source

Payment: The $1,500 paid systems assessment is credited in full when implementation is signed within 30 calendar days after assessment delivery. It is a standalone deliverable and not refunded otherwise. Transform starts at $9,500 in total, not $9,500 plus the assessment. Implementation phases are paid before each phase begins. Managed service is billed monthly in advance.

Initial term: Six months, then month to month with 30 days' written notice.

Separate costs: Hosting, messaging, data tools, software, model usage, and applicable taxes are separate.

A fast build needs clear inputs.

Delivery clock

  • The delivery clock starts on the first business day after the agreement is signed, the required setup payment clears, and Iyara has the listed access, source material, brand assets, and approvals.
  • A first working version is a reviewable staging build with the primary customer journey working end to end within five business days. It is not an empty wireframe or static screenshot.
  • Production-ready means the agreed base scope is implemented, tested at the required responsive sizes, connected to the agreed client accounts, and ready to publish within fifteen business days.
  • The clock pauses while required access, assets, approvals, feedback, or invoices are overdue. Iyara confirms the revised delivery date when the missing dependency arrives.
  • AI visibility is not a one-time installation. Iyara does not promise a ranking, citation, recommendation, or fixed result date.

Commercial rules

  • A project within every published base-scope limit receives the published price. A fixed quote changes only for work outside those limits or a stated technical dependency, disclosed before work starts.
  • Work outside the published limits receives a fixed quote before work starts.
  • Applicable taxes, third-party subscriptions, messaging charges, model usage, hosting, and other usage-based costs are separate. Client-owned accounts are billed directly whenever practical.
  • Work begins after the applicable invoice clears.
  • Managed service is billed before each service month. Service begins at launch.
  • Unused monthly updates, reviews, or change allowances do not roll into a later month.
  • After the initial term, service continues month to month and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice before the next invoice.
  • A critical fix means a production-stopping defect in Iyara-delivered functionality. It does not include a new feature, a client-made change, a third-party outage, an exhausted usage allowance, or a platform change outside Iyara control.
  • Production launch and handover happen after the setup balance is paid.
  • The client owns client-specific code, data, accounts, and delivered assets after invoices are paid. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licenses. Pre-existing Iyara tools and templates remain Iyara property, with continuing rights needed to operate embedded components.

The terms, in plain language.

Are these starting prices or fixed prices?

Engine through Autopilot are fixed prices for the published base scope. Work outside those limits receives a fixed quote before work starts. Transform is priced from the published entry point and receives a fixed implementation quote after its paid assessment.

Why is managed service required?

Setup creates the platform. The initial managed term provides the observation, corrections, content changes, and measurement needed after real customers and answer engines begin using it.

Can we cancel the managed service?

Yes. The initial term is three months for Engine, Presence, and Engage, and six months for Autopilot and Transform. After that, it continues month to month with 30 days' written notice before the next invoice.

What costs are separate?

Applicable taxes and third-party hosting, messaging, model, software, and usage charges are separate and approved before purchase. Client-owned direct billing is preferred.

What happens if the scope changes?

Iyara documents the change and its fixed cost before doing the extra work. No surprise hours or retroactive invoice items are added.

How does the Transform assessment credit work?

The $1,500 assessment is part of the setup price when implementation is signed within 30 calendar days after assessment delivery. Otherwise it remains a paid standalone assessment.

Does Iyara guarantee that an AI assistant will recommend us?

No. Iyara builds and improves the signals answer engines can verify, measures changes, and reports what happened. No provider controls an independent answer engine's final response.

Choose the right starting point. We'll fix the scope.
