Setup is paid in full before work begins. Managed service is billed monthly in advance from launch.

What we measure—and what we cannot promise
Readiness describes the website foundation. Observed visibility records whether a business is mentioned, recommended or cited in answers to agreed questions. They are different measurements.
We record the product, settings, market, prompt and time; repeat tests; retain successful answers without a mention; and report failed runs separately. No readiness score predicts a recommendation, ranking or revenue outcome.

Can you work on our existing website?
Yes. Engine is designed for an existing website. If a rebuild is needed, we will explain why and quote the Presence package separately.
