Iyara documents the change and its fixed cost before doing the extra work. No surprise hours or retroactive invoice items are added.
A critical fix is a production-stopping defect in Iyara-delivered functionality. It does not cover a new feature, a client-made change, a third-party outage, an exhausted usage allowance, or a platform change outside Iyara control. Those are scoped and quoted separately before any work starts.
